When you initially purchase a TIER ZERO item, you'll also receive a digital twin in the form of an NFT. The NFT can be immediately redeemed for the physical or traded on OpenSea before the end of the 2-week redemption period.
If you opt to redeem the NFT for the physical garment, you can do so by navigating to your profile (located in the top right corner of the page) and selecting the "redeem" option under the unredeemed NFT. Importantly, you won't lose the digital twin, but its image will undergo a slight change to signify its redeemed status.

After installing the MetaMask extension, click on the MetaMask icon in your browser. Follow the prompts to create a new wallet. You'll need to set a strong password and securely back up your recovery seed phrase, which is crucial for account recovery.
A recovery seed phrase, also known as a mnemonic phrase, is a series of 12 or 24 words that act as a backup for your wallet. It's essential for recovering your wallet and funds if you ever lose access to your wallet. Write it down (do not put in phone notes) and put it somewhere safe.

Pieces will be fully produced at the end of every redemption window (2 weeks from launch date). Depending on your location, it may take up to 2 months to receive the item. Please reach out to support@tierzero.xyz if you have not received a piece 3 months from purchase.
Each piece needs to be redeemed for the physical piece. Each piece has a 2 week redemption window from the time it goes on sale. You MUST redeem your piece before the 2 week period is over.
Yes, you will receive a reminder email when there is 24 and 6 hours left to redeem. It is crucial that you sign up using an email you check frequently so that you do not accidentally miss a redemption email.
